The Carica papaya extract plant originated within southern Mexico and Central America and is believed to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. These properties provide benefits for your weight loss and health journey by reducing bloating symptoms and protecting against free radicals. Same experience with Skinny Bunny Tea customer service. I paid for my order on Feb.17 and finally it is being shipped. I tried to contact someone with company this past Monday with no respond via email or cell. I called the company and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message and still no answer. Finally today after my order shipped, some guy named William emailed me and basically said they are having delays due to high demand. Just know, expect the wait!! I most likely will get my package next week. (2 weeks from order date). So I went on instagram and wrote what I just did, and they deleted my comment too. I called them out and they put it back up. But I have been trolling their account and telling people to expect their orders two weeks out. I will never purchase from them again.

Lemongrass - Lemongrass is a plant that has oils which have been used for medicine. Asian food also sometimes use it as a boost of flavor. There has been a lot of buzz around lemongrass for all sorts of health benefits but so far there hasnt been any conclusive resulst found. So I would just say it could be a nice addition to your body and helps with the flavor.
However, it’s not the detoxifying actions that necessarily make this tea useful in this category. Since most teas like to advertise “detoxifying” type products to turn heads, they leave out the benefits that matter the most. Many of the ingredients of the tea, such as papaya and myrrh, have gastric healing and antimicrobial properties. As well as almost all of the ingredients have potent antioxidants that not only rid our body of impurities and free-radicals but helps our skin from aging and our bodies from becoming ill.
Since starting my fitness revolution one of my keys to maintaining success has been to not drink my calories. This has been very difficult because most of the beverages on the market taste great, but they are chock full of calories and added sugar. Obviously we need to stay away from soda-pop but even some of the healthier choices still don't cut it.
Samantha, yes absolutely! We don’t ever recommend “starve yourself” detoxes. There is a much healthier way to achieve great results than depriving your body of nutrients for a few days. I would recommend sticking to lighter foods though. You can detox from specific things such as sugar and carbs or you can try a smoothie/juice detox. Just try to fill up on salads and veggies rather than heavier stuff like meats during a detox. I hope that helps!
