Iaso tea is not a magic bullet. In fact, it’s not even that special for weight loss. So how does it help sustained weight loss? The utlity of the tea is that it serves to replace unhealthy meal options. Instead of sugary drinks or snacks, the tea steps in as a replacement to curb hunger while also delivering a large payload of nutrients to help your body detox. This lowers your daily calorie intake and thus helps with weight loss. Over time, you’ll be able to break the sugar addiction you don’t know you even have, and phase out the unhealthy foods in your diet.
Skinny Bunny Tea contains a range of natural herbal ingredients and some people may have a reaction to a particular ingredient if, for example, they are allergic. In general, there are not any side effects that you should expect if drinking Skinny Bunny Tea. Iaso Tea claims to detox your body to help with losing weight more efficiently and clearing your body of harmful toxins. Their claims of purifying the blood and regulating bowel function also go into this category as well. The claim also seems a bit bold to us since the human body has it’s very own way of breaking down and removing these toxins such as our liver, kidneys, and skin. There isn’t much research done to prove that our body needs extra help with these functions, which makes it a bit useless.

When you phase them out, you’ll “feel” life like you never have before. You’ll wake up in morning feeling energized and happy. You won’t experience those afternoon crashes. You’ll stop living life like a zombie and will finally be able to enjoy everything you do.
If you use a good acne clearing facial cleanser and toner, wash your face before bed and in the morning, drink lots of water, and yet still seem to have acne or an occasional breakout, a skin cleansing detox might be a way for you to cleanse from the inside. Some people drink these teas all month long and others during breakouts or monthly hormonal breakouts.
Basic green and black teas are rich in antioxidants (and matcha green tea is more than 100 times higher in one powerful antioxidant)-the secret behind boosting your natural cleansing process. "Antioxidants work to reduce the oxidative stress and free radicals in our body, too much of which can cause chronic inflammation and even mutate our DNA strains, leading to cancer and other chronic diseases," says Villacorta.

Same experience with Skinny Bunny Tea customer service. I paid for my order on Feb.17 and finally it is being shipped. I tried to contact someone with company this past Monday with no respond via email or cell. I called the company and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message and still no answer. Finally today after my order shipped, some guy named William emailed me and basically said they are having delays due to high demand. Just know, expect the wait!! I most likely will get my package next week. (2 weeks from order date). So I went on instagram and wrote what I just did, and they deleted my comment too. I called them out and they put it back up. But I have been trolling their account and telling people to expect their orders two weeks out. I will never purchase from them again.
Research has found that drinking tea may help lower your risk of stroke and heart disease, lower your blood pressure, improve your mood, and even help with weight loss. This product is absolutely horrible and made me feel worse than ever. I normally don't leave negative reviews but I feel like I'd be doing a disservice to people by not leaving this one. There's an insert inside the package that says if you share your opinion your next bag is free... so of course there are tons of glowing reviews to get more free product. But honestly I feel so bad on this I wouldn't request a second bag.
Since Iaso Tea contains chamomile, an herb that is shown to provide sleep-aiding benefits, and it has no caffeine, we can start to believe their claim of better sleep to be true. Chamomile has been praised for its relaxing and sleep-promoting effects on its own, and in the tea, as it also works synergistically with the other ingredients to work better. The “detoxifying” effects of the tea are also supposed to promote relaxation as well.
I added this tea to my daily diet after taking a week off from mt diet/weight loss goals after I hit a plateau. I’m a big tea drinker so I drink it several times a day just because I like it so much and it’s better than drinking plain water. I dropped all the water weight I’d gained in my week off within two days and have been steadily losing .2-..3 pounds a day since. This is combining it with a healthy, low cal, low carb, high protein diet plus exercising 3x a week. So can I say for sure that it’s the tea that made the difference? No. But I do know I’m back on track and losing again after plateauing for a while and this the only I’m doing differently than before.
Tea is the beverage that I dearly wish to drink when its the reign of the chilling breeze outside. It is something that helps a lot when its too cold or all you can hear is the sound of nature’s water hitting the ground around called rain. This pleasing drink is enjoyed just because of nature’s vibe that is prevailing around or if the person is addicted to it. Do we give a thought about its benefits for the body and then drink it? Hardly we know any of the benefits.
