Of all the liver cleansing teas I have tried, this is by far the best taste. I was drinking a glass in the morning and another at night. I bought this tea because of the great reviews & I was like looking for something to help with a bloating feeling I’d been having for weeks! I followed the directions & made sure to drink a glass of water before the tea every morning. I feel great! I was hoping for a gentle detox to help me feel lighter and less bloated, but this didn't work out for me as it seems to have for others. Could be that I wasn't as bloated as I thought?
