Research has found that drinking tea may help lower your risk of stroke and heart disease, lower your blood pressure, improve your mood, and even help with weight loss. There is still so much to learn about the detoxifying properties of teas and the many ingredients used in them. What we do know is that it tastes great, helps get healthy nutrients into your body, increases your water intake (which will help with weight loss and other water benefits), and may help ease some pains and inflammation. With there being many weight loss teas on the market all claiming similar results, it is hard to stay on top and reputable. Drinking tea, in general, is a great way to increase the number of fluids you drink a day while also encouraging a healthier lifestyle. However, there are many negative benefits and negative connotations against “diet teas” since they contain diuretics or laxatives, much like our dandelion tea weight loss and ballerina tea weight loss.
I added this tea to my daily diet after taking a week off from mt diet/weight loss goals after I hit a plateau. I’m a big tea drinker so I drink it several times a day just because I like it so much and it’s better than drinking plain water. I dropped all the water weight I’d gained in my week off within two days and have been steadily losing .2-..3 pounds a day since. This is combining it with a healthy, low cal, low carb, high protein diet plus exercising 3x a week. So can I say for sure that it’s the tea that made the difference? No. But I do know I’m back on track and losing again after plateauing for a while and this the only I’m doing differently than before.
I don't know about you, but I've struggled to find a tasty and healthy beverage that I can drink and not get bored of. I usually drink plenty of water but after a while it gets boring and bland. I used to be a big fan of Simply Apple 100% fruit juice, however, I after having learned that fruit juices are not as good for you as we may think. I needed a healthier option. Yes 100% fruit juices still have nutrients, but they also contain a lot of sugar and calories and calorie intake is the main factor of weight gain or loss. Fruit juices also lack the fiber form the fruit its self which is important because it doesn't spike your blood sugar as much with the fiber.
Iaso tea claims to provide a boost in mental and physical energy as a result of all the “detoxifying” and “weight loss aid” effects. This is one of the more believable claims (along with natural weight loss) since the tea itself becomes a big motivator for people to be healthier. Not only is the tea packed full of healthy, antioxidant-packed ingredients, but as you start eating healthy and exercising consistently, you become more energized naturally.
