Note: Detox teas aren’t regulated by the FDA and may contain ingredients or additives that may be detrimental to your health in the long run. I personally have benefited greatly by drinking weight loss tea. Also known as herbal slimming teas, not only are these easily available, they are super delicious and you really do not have to spend hours making them. Detox teas or teetox as they are popularly known, gently cleanse the system, kick-start slow or sluggish digestion and also help in burning fat.
Iaso tea is not a magic bullet. In fact, it’s not even that special for weight loss. So how does it help sustained weight loss? The utlity of the tea is that it serves to replace unhealthy meal options. Instead of sugary drinks or snacks, the tea steps in as a replacement to curb hunger while also delivering a large payload of nutrients to help your body detox. This lowers your daily calorie intake and thus helps with weight loss. Over time, you’ll be able to break the sugar addiction you don’t know you even have, and phase out the unhealthy foods in your diet.
However, there is hope in losing weight overtime with Iaso Tea. When it comes to anything in the weight loss supplement market, there is no such thing as a magical pill or supplement that can help you lose weight without putting in any of the efforts. Since we have gone over all of the ingredients and the claims Iaso Tea promotes to their customers, we can conclude that with the effort put in you can lose weight on Iaso Tea.
EveryDay Detox Tea has an effect on the body like no other. It has shown to be incredibly helpful in promoting healthy and efficient digestion. But detox tea is not only for those who have trouble in the bathroom. In fact, some of the first herbal medicine that contained similar ingredients to Traditional Medicinals Detox Tea was first documented as being used nearly 5,000 years ago. Its purpose is to support a total feeling of health. With this kind of history, the effects of detox tea are tried and true. It could be the answer to your not-so-great feelings of bloating or detoxing from alcohol and drugs.
I added this tea to my daily diet after taking a week off from mt diet/weight loss goals after I hit a plateau. I’m a big tea drinker so I drink it several times a day just because I like it so much and it’s better than drinking plain water. I dropped all the water weight I’d gained in my week off within two days and have been steadily losing .2-..3 pounds a day since. This is combining it with a healthy, low cal, low carb, high protein diet plus exercising 3x a week. So can I say for sure that it’s the tea that made the difference? No. But I do know I’m back on track and losing again after plateauing for a while and this the only I’m doing differently than before.

Samantha, yes absolutely! We don’t ever recommend “starve yourself” detoxes. There is a much healthier way to achieve great results than depriving your body of nutrients for a few days. I would recommend sticking to lighter foods though. You can detox from specific things such as sugar and carbs or you can try a smoothie/juice detox. Just try to fill up on salads and veggies rather than heavier stuff like meats during a detox. I hope that helps!
