I absolutely hate the taste of tea. I've never ever liked it...until I tried this! I'm a die hard coffee drinker, and I've replaced my daily coffee with this tea, and I really like it. I boil 8oz of water and put 2 tea bags in at night. If I feel very bloated when I wake up, I boil another 8oz of water and put 2 tea bags in. I most likely will get my package next week. (2 weeks from order date). So I went on instagram and wrote what I just did, and they deleted my comment too. I called them out and they put it back up. But I have been trolling their account and telling people to expect their orders two weeks out. I will never purchase from them again.
