The sarsaparilla root can affect how your body absorbs the necessary nutrients and metabolizes specific medications. If you are living with a disease and depend on efficient delivery of prescribed medication throughout your body to manage pain or alleviate symptoms, talk with a doctor to ensure that Yogi Detox tea’s ingredients won’t render your medication ineffective.

To understand how this beverage works, you first must be aware of the recommended consumption schedule. Consumers can drink up to 3 cups a day for 30 consecutive days. After this 30 day period, it is recommended that consumers cease drinking the detox beverage for at least one week in order to allow their bodies to settle and readjust to a routine without dependence on the beverage. After one week without Yogi Detox tea, you are allowed to once again incorporate it into your diet for another 30 days.

But when it comes to detoxification, tea alone isn't enough for the job. "No one food, herb, or remedy has the ability to cure ailments or disease, nor does it have the ability to ‘detox' the body," says Manuel Villacorta, R.D, author of Whole Body Reboot: The Peruvian Superfoods Diet to Detoxify, Energize, and Supercharge Fat Loss. (This is also why you might want to hold off before trying to detox by drinking activated charcoal.)

Skinny Bunny Tea is a collection of different teas, including their organic Matcha Tea, offering a simple solution to losing weight. These products claim to speed up weight loss and help to reduce hunger and cravings. While the Skinny Bunny Tea collection appears incredibly clean – gluten-free, dairy-free, and non-GMO – and likely beneficial to overall health, the company does not do an adequate job explaining why their tea-based weight loss program is different or superior to any of the dozens of other weight loss solutions available to consumers.
I’ve been taking these for a few days now and saw immediate results on the first day, my liver started hurting less and now it doesn’t hurt at all. I also noticed my face looked healthier and got that famous “glow” I only drink 1 cup a day because if I’m going to be completely honest, I’m not a big fan of the taste, but since it’s actually helping me, I don’t mind.

I tried the Lipton detox dandelion nettle grapefruit herbal supplement green tea recently after having a cold for an easy morning pick me up. It was an interesting flavor that I somewhat enjoyed. The grapefruit flavor is the strongest in the tea and I usually don't like fruit flavored tea, but this wasn't bad. I like that it didn't make me feel jittery or upset my stomach (like coffee sometimes does, especially if I haven't eaten much yet). For me, this would be a better tea to drink before yoga. Tastes nice with honey. I like to rub the leftover herbs in the bags over my face for an easy "spa treatment" once they've cooled a little before tossing out or using in my gardening compost. Worth trying.

Iaso Tea is an herbal tea made from natural and high-quality ingredients that claim to rid the body from toxins and aid in weight loss. However, there has been a lot of negative connotation over these types of teas because their “quick” weight loss results are proven to be from losing water weight instead of body mass. If you want more information on the specific products we made an article reviewing the Iaso Tea products in depth here.
Like I said in the beginning, this program stood out to me because it offered more than just tea. They had supplements and edit/workout plans to go along with the  tea! I really liked this because if you just sit on your butt all day, don’t change your eating habits and expect to lose a bunch of weight just by drinking tea, you aren’t going to like the results. Some people that have tried Skinny Bunny stopped before the 28 days was over because they already saw the results that they were looking for.
I bought this tea because of the great reviews & I was like looking for something to help with a bloating feeling I’d been having for weeks! I followed the directions & made sure to drink a glass of water before the tea every morning. I feel great! The bloating feeling is gone and I have actually been able to cut my coffee with a lot of cream out of my morning routine! I’ll be buying more for sure!

Update... I made this tea cold and it was amazing! I read that another reviewer said that it had no flavor? All I can imagine is that maybe he/she is not letting the bag seep long enough? Or maybe using too much water? For my cold brew, I boil 4 cups of water and seep 6 bags for about 30 min. I then add 1 Tbsp honey and about 4-6 Tbsp fresh lemon juice. I keep that in the fridge in a glass container. When I want a drink, I fill a tall glass with ice and pour it over. As the ice melts, it dilutes the tea and is the perfect flavor! Add a sprig of fresh mint in your glass and it's even better! This is my everyday drink... delicious hot or cold!

Every detox/weight loss tea should include ingredients that help to suppress your appetite. These ingredients are important for weight loss because they will help keep you satisfied after drinking the tea, and not craving or reaching for other foods. By consuming them, you can keep your overall daily caloric intake lower and be more in control of the foods you consume.
