I added this tea to my daily diet after taking a week off from mt diet/weight loss goals after I hit a plateau. I’m a big tea drinker so I drink it several times a day just because I like it so much and it’s better than drinking plain water. I dropped all the water weight I’d gained in my week off within two days and have been steadily losing .2-..3 pounds a day since. This is combining it with a healthy, low cal, low carb, high protein diet plus exercising 3x a week. So can I say for sure that it’s the tea that made the difference? Let me just start by saying this was the best choice I have made when trying to buy a product that lives up to the hype. The taste is super tasty no sugar needed. This really detoxed my system entirely, mind you normally I drink a lot of water during the day which is required in order to get better results. I also eat clean, which helps with trying to lose the pounds after I have given birth. I was stuck at a weight of 152 and even after I work out 4-5 times a week, I was getting no where.
