However, you can never know for sure if these reviews are entirely legitimate, and if the product really works for weight loss. As we have already gone over above, the Iaso Tea’s hefty claim of losing five pounds in five days guaranteed is just to good to be true. Most likely, any instant weight loss that is seen with the tea is the result of water weight loss and no actual body mass being lost. 

Pros: People (genuine reviewers) have lost nearly 6 lbs in just 7 days of doing this cleanse! I loved the fact that it does not contain senna, so there is no laxative effect. I too lost weight but I won’t attribute that to this product alone. Overall – it is a great cleansing tea if you like stronger tea with caffeine, and you get a whole month supply (28 bags). Definitely one of the best teas for weight loss I tried.
I tried the Lipton detox dandelion nettle grapefruit herbal supplement green tea recently after having a cold for an easy morning pick me up. It was an interesting flavor that I somewhat enjoyed. The grapefruit flavor is the strongest in the tea and I usually don't like fruit flavored tea, but this wasn't bad. I like that it didn't make me feel jittery or upset my stomach (like coffee sometimes does, especially if I haven't eaten much yet). For me, this would be a better tea to drink before yoga. Tastes nice with honey. I like to rub the leftover herbs in the bags over my face for an easy "spa treatment" once they've cooled a little before tossing out or using in my gardening compost. Worth trying.

There's an insert inside the package that says if you share your opinion your next bag is free... so of course there are tons of glowing reviews to get more free product. But honestly I feel so bad on this I wouldn't request a second bag.
