By flushing out your lower and upper intestines, you clear the toxins from your system, which leads to better health. Now each herb listed in the ingredients of Iaso tea is meant to serve a purpose to create overall better health for yourself. Each of these herbs is put together to create Iaso Tea to aid weight loss and detox the body and for anyone who needs help in these areas.
Hands down the best place to buy skinny bunny tea is from their official website. Because it's the highest quality. You can also buy these products on Amazon, BUT i would not recommend this. This is a detox and you do not know who you are buying from if you purchase it from amazon. Especially considering that it's pretty much the same price on Amazon.
In fact, there is no hard evidence backing the claims made by tea companies that their detox teas actually purify human cells. However, high-quality teas can help support the body's natural daily process of detoxification-just as much as other foods and drinks can hurt this system, says Laura Lagano, R.D., a New Jersey-based holistic nutritionist. (Discover more about the health benefits of teas such as chamomile, rosehip, or black tea.)
Detox teas are essentially herbal teas used to detoxify the body. They have become an increasingly popular way for health-conscious people to detox after heavy foods, alcohol, drugs, and even their livers in general. In some ways, this practice of detoxification is nothing new, and neither is Traditional Medicinals Organic EveryDay Detox Tea, which is what makes it so effective. It draws on time-tested and proven methods to purify the body and even assist in weight loss.

The boldest claim that Iaso Tea provides is that the tea can make you lose five pounds in five days. There is no actual research that proves detox teas can make you lose that amount of weight in such a short amount of time. Nor is it likely that your body could do such a thing in a short amount of time. The harsh reality of that claim is that if you do see fast weight loss results, it will be water weight and not body mass being lost.
Dandelion leaf stimulates more urine production, causing excess fluid to leave your body tissues. In this way, it can help you lose water weight and reduce bloating. However, this ingredient may also have a light laxative effect, meaning that it will also increase bowel movements. It may have potential side effects including diarrhea, heartburn and stomach inflammation.l
2. Lemon or ginger tea: This revitalizing tea is great for the morning because the light amount of caffeine will wake you up without wreaking havoc on your stomach. Plus, the health benefits of ginger include reducing inflammation and controlling blood sugar, so you can feel good drinking this soothing tea. (Twining's Lemon & Ginger, $3; twiningsusa.com)
Supports Restful Sleep. There are many natural ways that you can promote sleep in your daily life, such as changing your lifestyle and nutrition, but what most people don’t know is that hemp extract can help as well. Research suggests that the cannabidiol in hemp can promote restful sleep, even for those who struggle with sleep or have insomnia. CBD oil is well known to also assist with pain, stress, and anxiety, which can all be related to a poor sleep regimen or be effected by said things.

As a final word of caution: Select only the best brands of organic and natural detox teas. Many teas contain chemicals, heavy metals and pesticides which will negate your detox efforts. I would also like to take the opportunity to suggest that you keep changing and/or rotating your brands of detox teas as this will make your cleanse even more powerful.
But when it comes to detoxification, tea alone isn't enough for the job. "No one food, herb, or remedy has the ability to cure ailments or disease, nor does it have the ability to ‘detox' the body," says Manuel Villacorta, R.D, author of Whole Body Reboot: The Peruvian Superfoods Diet to Detoxify, Energize, and Supercharge Fat Loss. (This is also why you might want to hold off before trying to detox by drinking activated charcoal.)
Rooibos is a kind of tea, which is widely consumed in South Africa. It is high in antioxidants, as much as 50% more than green tea. It doesn’t have caffeine and is low in tannins which are thought to cause digestive issues. Though we weren’t able to find studies correlating to the benefits above, we did find a study to prove the antioxidant content compared to other teas.
If you use a good acne clearing facial cleanser and toner, wash your face before bed and in the morning, drink lots of water, and yet still seem to have acne or an occasional breakout, a skin cleansing detox might be a way for you to cleanse from the inside. Some people drink these teas all month long and others during breakouts or monthly hormonal breakouts.
While the benefits are plentiful, there are some important side-effects that you should keep in mind when drinking these teas. For example, when drinking the Original EveryDay Detox Tea, you should consult your doctor before if you have a history of gallstones or other digestive issues. The EveryDay Detox Tea Lemon can cause allergic reactions in those who are allergic to stinging nettle, dandelion, or burdock root.
