Of all the liver cleansing teas I have tried, this is by far the best taste. I was drinking a glass in the morning and another at night. Then I had the great idea of letting steep all day long and drink it on the way home from work; that was a bad idea as it gave me diarrhea ... so don't steep it all day. I absolutely hate the taste of tea. I've never ever liked it...until I tried this! I'm a die hard coffee drinker, and I've replaced my daily coffee with this tea, and I really like it. It has a pleasant aroma of grapefruit, and you can taste the grapefruit with the first sip. I'm not sure if it actually works as a detox, but either way, it tastes amazing!
