Samantha, yes absolutely! We don’t ever recommend “starve yourself” detoxes. There is a much healthier way to achieve great results than depriving your body of nutrients for a few days. I would recommend sticking to lighter foods though. You can detox from specific things such as sugar and carbs or you can try a smoothie/juice detox. I don't own a scale for my own mental safety but I can see that my stomach is flatter after 2 weeks if drinking this tea. I had already reduced drinking my calories and increased my water intake before starting this tea and didn't make any dietary changes. The taste is good but I did add honey cuz I like sweet tea. Finally today after my order shipped, some guy named William emailed me and basically said they are having delays due to high demand. Just know, expect the wait!! I most likely will get my package next week. (2 weeks from order date). So I went on instagram and wrote what I just did, and they deleted my comment too. I called them out and they put it back up. But I have been trolling their account and telling people to expect their orders two weeks out. I will never purchase from them again.
