I have experienced exactly the same. I bought Yogi Berry DeTox and after just the second day (one cup per day) I could not sleep a minute. I boil 8oz of water and put 2 tea bags in at night. If I feel very bloated when I wake up, I boil another 8oz of water and put 2 tea bags in. If you are trying to lose weight, I HIGHLY recommend drinking this tea at night. I feel amazing when I wake up in the morning. I was able to lose 60 pounds and I owe a lot of it to this tea for taking the extra bloating and the edge off. I really enjoy drinking it at night too because it soothes me, and I feel like it helps my body burn more fat as I sleep.
Pros: People (genuine reviewers) have lost nearly 6 lbs in just 7 days of doing this cleanse! I loved the fact that it does not contain senna, so there is no laxative effect. I too lost weight but I won’t attribute that to this product alone. Overall – it is a great cleansing tea if you like stronger tea with caffeine, and you get a whole month supply (28 bags). Definitely one of the best teas for weight loss I tried.

I tried the Lipton detox dandelion nettle grapefruit herbal supplement green tea recently after having a cold for an easy morning pick me up. It was an interesting flavor that I somewhat enjoyed. The grapefruit flavor is the strongest in the tea and I usually don't like fruit flavored tea, but this wasn't bad. I like that it didn't make me feel jittery or upset my stomach (like coffee sometimes does, especially if I haven't eaten much yet). For me, this would be a better tea to drink before yoga. Tastes nice with honey. I like to rub the leftover herbs in the bags over my face for an easy "spa treatment" once they've cooled a little before tossing out or using in my gardening compost. Worth trying.
Like I said in the beginning, this program stood out to me because it offered more than just tea. They had supplements and edit/workout plans to go along with the tea! I really liked this because if you just sit on your butt all day, don’t change your eating habits and expect to lose a bunch of weight just by drinking tea, you aren’t going to like the results. Update... I made this tea cold and it was amazing! I read that another reviewer said that it had no flavor? All I can imagine is that maybe he/she is not letting the bag seep long enough? Or maybe using too much water? For my cold brew, I boil 4 cups of water and seep 6 bags for about 30 min. I then add 1 Tbsp honey and about 4-6 Tbsp fresh lemon juice. I keep that in the fridge in a glass container. When I want a drink, I fill a tall glass with ice and pour it over. As the ice melts, it dilutes the tea and is the perfect flavor! Add a sprig of fresh mint in your glass and it's even better! This is my everyday drink... delicious hot or cold!

I’ve been taking these for a few days now and saw immediate results on the first day, my liver started hurting less and now it doesn’t hurt at all.
