I started drinking Yogi tea. Weird comments bc my period started out of no where. So weird. But I drink the tea and the next morning experienced the worst feeling of diarrhea, headaches, and naseau. I absolutely hate the taste of tea. I've never ever liked it...until I tried this! I'm a die hard coffee drinker, and I've replaced my daily coffee with this tea, and I really like it.
