Down a total of 50 pounds now and had hit a plateau, this broke through it. 4 pounds in 1 week. Will drink it everyday even when weight goal has been achieved. 9 to go 😀

Iaso Tea is a herbal detox tea created from a blend of nine different herbs, spices, and fruits. The “gentle detox formula” used in Iaso Tea is supposed to remove toxins from your upper and lower intestines that help you lose weight. Some of the herbs in the tea work as a natural laxative which will empty your upper and lower intestine, so its best to consume only the recommended amount.

Let me just start by saying this was the best choice I have made when trying to buy a product that lives up to the hype. The taste is super tasty no sugar needed. This really detoxed my system entirely, mind you normally I drink a lot of water during the day which is required in order to get better results. I also eat clean, which helps with trying to lose the pounds after I have given birth. I was stuck at a weight of 152 and even after I work out 4-5 times a week, I was getting no where. After drinking this tea for about a week I noticed this changed my hormone levels and removed the toxins in my system, thus helped getting me out of the plateau I was in and lost 3.5 pounds. I was stoked!! I knew it was because of this tea! I have my cup of tea in the morning after my workouts and drink water. Then I reuse the same tea bag and drink it before I go to bed. I rarely give reviews if ever. But thought this was worth one. Hope this helps anyone who is thinking of buying it.

When shopping for a weight loss/detox tea, it’s important to know the difference between a product that is a great value and one that is a higher price than it should be. Currently in the market, a great price for a detox tea is a little over $1.00 per serving. When teas start to go up to around $2.00 per serving or higher, they are considered pricy. And with anything far less than $1.00 per serving, we may start to question the quality of the teas.
Since starting my fitness revolution one of my keys to maintaining success has been to not drink my calories. This has been very difficult because most of the beverages on the market taste great, but they are chock full of calories and added sugar. Obviously we need to stay away from soda-pop but even some of the healthier choices still don't cut it.
With there being many weight loss teas on the market all claiming similar results, it is hard to stay on top and reputable. Drinking tea, in general, is a great way to increase the number of fluids you drink a day while also encouraging a healthier lifestyle. However, there are many negative benefits and negative connotations against “diet teas” since they contain diuretics or laxatives, much like our dandelion tea weight loss and ballerina tea weight loss.
Detox teas can aid weight loss by improving the metabolic rate and decreasing water weight (by increasing the urinary output). Regular consumption of detox teas might offer positive results in terms of weight loss. However, it does not result in fat loss. You will need to make lifestyle changes, follow good food habits, and exercise, along with drinking detox teas, to lose fat.
