I most likely will get my package next week. (2 weeks from order date). So I went on instagram and wrote what I just did, and they deleted my comment too. I called them out and they put it back up. But I have been trolling their account and telling people to expect their orders two weeks out. I will never purchase from them again.

There may be a lot of impressive results, reviews, and promising claims that Iaso tea really works and there may even some before and after pictures to really prove it to their customers. Samantha, yes absolutely! We don’t ever recommend “starve yourself” detoxes. There is a much healthier way to achieve great results than depriving your body of nutrients for a few days. I would recommend sticking to lighter foods though. You can detox from specific things such as sugar and carbs or you can try a smoothie/juice detox.
