Samantha, yes absolutely! We don’t ever recommend “starve yourself” detoxes. There is a much healthier way to achieve great results than depriving your body of nutrients for a few days. I would recommend sticking to lighter foods though. You can detox from specific things such as sugar and carbs or you can try a smoothie/juice detox. Just try to fill up on salads and veggies rather than heavier stuff like meats during a detox. I hope that helps!

I added this tea to my daily diet after taking a week off from mt diet/weight loss goals after I hit a plateau. I’m a big tea drinker so I drink it several times a day just because I like it so much and it’s better than drinking plain water. I started drinking Yogi tea. Weird comments bc my period started out of no where. So weird. But I drink the tea and the next morning experienced the worst feeling of diarrhea, headaches, and naseau. I boil 8oz of water and put 2 tea bags in at night. If I feel very bloated when I wake up, I boil another 8oz of water and put 2 tea bags in. If you are trying to lose weight, I HIGHLY recommend drinking this tea at night. I feel amazing when I wake up in the morning. I was able to lose 60 pounds and I owe a lot of it to this tea for taking the extra bloating and the edge off. I really enjoy drinking it at night too because it soothes me, and I feel like it helps my body burn more fat as I sleep.
