I added this tea to my daily diet after taking a week off from mt diet/weight loss goals after I hit a plateau. I started drinking Yogi tea. Weird comments bc my period started out of no where. So weird. But I drink the tea and the next morning experienced the worst feeling of diarrhea, headaches, and naseau.
