Naturally, all this has created a buzz around various slimming tea brands but you are going to be in for a huge disappointment if you think that you will look like them just by drinking detox teas. Naturally, you must workout; stay hydrated and eat fewer carbs alongside drinking these healthy teas to actually see results.

With there being many weight loss teas on the market all claiming similar results, it is hard to stay on top and reputable. Drinking tea, in general, is a great way to increase the number of fluids you drink a day while also encouraging a healthier lifestyle. Like I said in the beginning, this program stood out to me because it offered more than just tea. They had supplements and edit/workout plans to go along with the  tea! I really liked this because if you just sit on your butt all day, don’t change your eating habits and expect to lose a bunch of weight just by drinking tea, you aren’t going to like the results. Some people that have tried Skinny Bunny stopped before the 28 days was over because they already saw the results that they were looking for.

This product is absolutely horrible and made me feel worse than ever. I normally don't leave negative reviews but I feel like I'd be doing a disservice to people by not leaving this one. There's an insert inside the package that says if you share your opinion your next bag is free... so of course there are tons of glowing reviews to get more free product. But honestly I feel so bad on this I wouldn't request a second bag.

Samantha, yes absolutely! We don’t ever recommend “starve yourself” detoxes. There is a much healthier way to achieve great results than depriving your body of nutrients for a few days. I would recommend sticking to lighter foods though. You can detox from specific things such as sugar and carbs or you can try a smoothie/juice detox. Just try to fill up on salads and veggies rather than heavier stuff like meats during a detox. I hope that helps!
We're wary of any trend that involves detoxing with just a drink. By now, we're all pretty aware that liquid diets can't sustain our active bodies for very long, and most of the drinks celebrities swear by have little actual detoxifying effects. But a teatox, or tea detox or tea cleanse, is a gentler approach to the whole idea, namely because it involves adding a few herbal cups to your existing, healthy diet-instead of replacing meals entirely.
I ordered the bundle deal that came with am/pm pills am/pm tea, detox ibook, workout plan, eating guide and free bottle.. to begin with the bottle was not the one in the picture its clear without any writing on it. my pm tea was mislabeled with am.. when I talked to the women on the chat all she could do was say sorry nothing more.. I started my first day today and it made me sick.. ive puked a few times today from the tea/ detox water.. im hoping its just a fluke and that it wont be an everyday thing otherwise I can see why you would lose that much weight a week.

Check the list below, and if you drink none of these, you should highly consider replacing your current version of tea with any of these teas which helps in enhancing your body’s detoxification process.}

Iaso Tea claims to detox your body to help with losing weight more efficiently and clearing your body of harmful toxins. Their claims of purifying the blood and regulating bowel function also go into this category as well. The claim also seems a bit bold to us since the human body has it’s very own way of breaking down and removing these toxins such as our liver, kidneys, and skin. There isn’t much research done to prove that our body needs extra help with these functions, which makes it a bit useless. 

As a final word of caution: Select only the best brands of organic and natural detox teas. Many teas contain chemicals, heavy metals and pesticides which will negate your detox efforts. I would also like to take the opportunity to suggest that you keep changing and/or rotating your brands of detox teas as this will make your cleanse even more powerful.
