I tried the Lipton detox dandelion nettle grapefruit herbal supplement green tea recently after having a cold for an easy morning pick me up. It was an interesting flavor that I somewhat enjoyed. The grapefruit flavor is the strongest in the tea and I usually don't like fruit flavored tea, but this wasn't bad. I like that it didn't make me feel jittery or upset my stomach (like coffee sometimes does, especially if I haven't eaten much yet). For me, this would be a better tea to drink before yoga. Tastes nice with honey. I like to rub the leftover herbs in the bags over my face for an easy "spa treatment" once they've cooled a little before tossing out or using in my gardening compost. Worth trying.
Iaso Tea claims to detox your body to help with losing weight more efficiently and clearing your body of harmful toxins. Their claims of purifying the blood and regulating bowel function also go into this category as well. The claim also seems a bit bold to us since the human body has it’s very own way of breaking down and removing these toxins such as our liver, kidneys, and skin. There isn’t much research done to prove that our body needs extra help with these functions, which makes it a bit useless.

I have experienced exactly the same. I bought Yogi Berry DeTox and after just the second day (one cup per day) I could not sleep a minute. It kept me up all night despite that there are no stimulants (e.g. caffeine) in this version of the tea, or at least none is indicated on the label. It seems that some of us just might be sensitive to some of the ingredients.
If you use a good acne clearing facial cleanser and toner, wash your face before bed and in the morning, drink lots of water, and yet still seem to have acne or an occasional breakout, a skin cleansing detox might be a way for you to cleanse from the inside. This product is absolutely horrible and made me feel worse than ever. I normally don't leave negative reviews but I feel like I'd be doing a disservice to people by not leaving this one. There's an insert inside the package that says if you share your opinion your next bag is free... so of course there are tons of glowing reviews to get more free product.
