I added this tea to my daily diet after taking a week off from mt diet/weight loss goals after I hit a plateau. I’m a big tea drinker so I drink it several times a day just because I like it so much and it’s better than drinking plain water. I dropped all the water weight I’d gained in my week off within two days and have been steadily losing .2-..3 pounds a day since. This is combining it with a healthy, low cal, low carb, high protein diet plus exercising 3x a week. So can I say for sure that it’s the tea that made the difference? No. But I do know I’m back on track and losing again after plateauing for a while and this the only I’m doing differently than before.
I absolutely LOVE this tea! I drink about 3-4 hot cups a day... with a touch of honey, a squeeze of fresh lemon and a sprig of fresh mint, it is absolutely the best! I've had it by itself without anything added and it's still absolutely the best! I've also noticed that when I drink it on a regular basis, my tummy feels flatter and my body and mind feel cleaner. I've yet to try it as an iced tea but, I think that I'll do that tomorrow and I'm sure that it will be as good cold as it is hot! I ordered the bundle deal that came with am/pm pills am/pm tea, detox ibook, workout plan, eating guide and free bottle.. to begin with the bottle was not the one in the picture its clear without any writing on it. my pm tea was mislabeled with am.. when I talked to the women on the chat all she could do was say sorry nothing more..
