I was hoping for a gentle detox to help me feel lighter and less bloated, but this didn't work out for me as it seems to have for others. Could be that I wasn't as bloated as I thought? Lemongrass - Lemongrass is a plant that has oils which have been used for medicine. Asian food also sometimes use it as a boost of flavor. There has been a lot of buzz around lemongrass for all sorts of health benefits but so far there hasnt been any conclusive resulst found. So I would just say it could be a nice addition to your body and helps with the flavor.
