Iaso Tea claims to detox your body to help with losing weight more efficiently and clearing your body of harmful toxins. Their claims of purifying the blood and regulating bowel function also go into this category as well. The claim also seems a bit bold to us since the human body has it’s very own way of breaking down and removing these toxins such as our liver, kidneys, and skin. There isn’t much research done to prove that our body needs extra help with these functions, which makes it a bit useless. 
I ordered the bundle deal that came with am/pm pills am/pm tea, detox ibook, workout plan, eating guide and free bottle.. to begin with the bottle was not the one in the picture its clear without any writing on it. my pm tea was mislabeled with am.. when I talked to the women on the chat all she could do was say sorry nothing more.. I started my first day today and it made me sick.. ive puked a few times today from the tea/ detox water.. im hoping its just a fluke and that it wont be an everyday thing otherwise I can see why you would lose that much weight a week.

I tried the Lipton detox dandelion nettle grapefruit herbal supplement green tea recently after having a cold for an easy morning pick me up. It was an interesting flavor that I somewhat enjoyed. The grapefruit flavor is the strongest in the tea and I usually don't like fruit flavored tea, but this wasn't bad. I like that it didn't make me feel jittery or upset my stomach (like coffee sometimes does, especially if I haven't eaten much yet). For me, this would be a better tea to drink before yoga. Tastes nice with honey. I like to rub the leftover herbs in the bags over my face for an easy "spa treatment" once they've cooled a little before tossing out or using in my gardening compost. Update... I made this tea cold and it was amazing! I read that another reviewer said that it had no flavor? All I can imagine is that maybe he/she is not letting the bag seep long enough? Or maybe using too much water? For my cold brew, I boil 4 cups of water and seep 6 bags for about 30 min. I then add 1 Tbsp honey and about 4-6 Tbsp fresh lemon juice. I keep that in the fridge in a glass container. When I want a drink, I fill a tall glass with ice and pour it over. As the ice melts, it dilutes the tea and is the perfect flavor! Add a sprig of fresh mint in your glass and it's even better! This is my everyday drink... delicious hot or cold!
