This product is absolutely horrible and made me feel worse than ever. I normally don't leave negative reviews but I feel like I'd be doing a disservice to people by not leaving this one. There's an insert inside the package that says if you share your opinion your next bag is free... so of course there are tons of glowing reviews to get more free product. But honestly I feel so bad on this I wouldn't request a second bag.

Update... I made this tea cold and it was amazing! I read that another reviewer said that it had no flavor? All I can imagine is that maybe he/she is not letting the bag seep long enough? Or maybe using too much water? For my cold brew, I boil 4 cups of water and seep 6 bags for about 30 min. I then add 1 Tbsp honey and about 4-6 Tbsp fresh lemon juice. I keep that in the fridge in a glass container. When I want a drink, I fill a tall glass with ice and pour it over. As the ice melts, it dilutes the tea and is the perfect flavor! Add a sprig of fresh mint in your glass and it's even better! This is my everyday drink... delicious hot or cold!
We like to look at Iaso Tea as similar to weight loss supplement stacking, but instead of stacking with multiple supplements, they are all blended into one tea. I started drinking Yogi tea. Weird comments bc my period started out of no where. So weird. But I drink the tea and the next morning experienced the worst feeling of diarrhea, headaches, and naseau. I had chills, and was extremely weak. I hardly could hold myself up. After using the restroom two hours later I was back to normal. I though I was dying NO TEA is worth that.

Finally today after my order shipped, some guy named William emailed me and basically said they are having delays due to high demand. Just know, expect the wait!! I most likely will get my package next week. (2 weeks from order date). So I went on instagram and wrote what I just did, and they deleted my comment too. I called them out and they put it back up. But I have been trolling their account and telling people to expect their orders two weeks out. I will never purchase from them again.

I don't own a scale for my own mental safety but I can see that my stomach is flatter after 2 weeks if drinking this tea. I had already reduced drinking my calories and increased my water intake before starting this tea and didn't make any dietary changes. The taste is good but I did add honey cuz I like sweet tea. It doesn't make u run to or live in the bathroom either.
