Fruit juices also lack the fiber form the fruit its self which is important because it doesn't spike your blood sugar as much with the fiber.
I was hoping for a gentle detox to help me feel lighter and less bloated, but this didn't work out for me as it seems to have for others. Could be that I wasn't as bloated as I thought? Let me just start by saying this was the best choice I have made when trying to buy a product that lives up to the hype. The taste is super tasty no sugar needed. This really detoxed my system entirely, mind you normally I drink a lot of water during the day which is required in order to get better results. I also eat clean, which helps with trying to lose the pounds after I have given birth. I was stuck at a weight of 152 and even after I work out 4-5 times a week, I was getting no where. I started drinking Yogi tea. Weird comments bc my period started out of no where. So weird. But I drink the tea and the next morning experienced the worst feeling of diarrhea, headaches, and naseau.
