Of all the liver cleansing teas I have tried, this is by far the best taste. I was drinking a glass in the morning and another at night. Then I had the great idea of letting steep all day long and drink it on the way home from work; that was a bad idea as it gave me diarrhea ... so don't steep it all day. I will follow up later with the results of next blood work to see if liver enzyme levels are decreasing.

I boil 8oz of water and put 2 tea bags in at night. If I feel very bloated when I wake up, I boil another 8oz of water and put 2 tea bags in. If you are trying to lose weight, I HIGHLY recommend drinking this tea at night. I feel amazing when I wake up in the morning.
