I don't own a scale for my own mental safety but I can see that my stomach is flatter after 2 weeks if drinking this tea. I had already reduced drinking my calories and increased my water intake before starting this tea and didn't make any dietary changes. The taste is good but I did add honey cuz I like sweet tea. It doesn't make u run to or live in the bathroom either.
Pros: People (genuine reviewers) have lost nearly 6 lbs in just 7 days of doing this cleanse! I loved the fact that it does not contain senna, so there is no laxative effect. I too lost weight but I won’t attribute that to this product alone. Overall – it is a great cleansing tea if you like stronger tea with caffeine, and you get a whole month supply (28 bags). I added this tea to my daily diet after taking a week off from mt diet/weight loss goals after I hit a plateau. I’m a big tea drinker so I drink it several times a day just because I like it so much and it’s better than drinking plain water. I dropped all the water weight I’d gained in my week off within two days and have been steadily losing .2-..3 pounds a day since. This is combining it with a healthy, low cal, low carb, high protein diet plus exercising 3x a week. So can I say for sure that it’s the tea that made the difference?
