We like to look at Iaso Tea as similar to weight loss supplement stacking, but instead of stacking with multiple supplements, they are all blended into one tea. Since the tea is all-natural and not claiming to have some secret special weight loss ingredient, we can believe that the product isn’t supposed to only be a super fast-acting product. You must drink the tea over a sustained period while continuing your healthy eating and workout regimen.

Calendula is a genus of plants that includes the common marigold. The edible petals of the Calendula species are used in salads. Calendula extract may have antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties, but more clinical trials involving humans need to be conducted. Calendula is used in alternative medicine to treat wounds and acne, but there is little evidence to support using Calendula topically.
Research has found that drinking tea may help lower your risk of stroke and heart disease, lower your blood pressure, improve your mood, and even help with weight loss. There is still so much to learn about the detoxifying properties of teas and the many ingredients used in them. What we do know is that it tastes great, helps get healthy nutrients into your body, increases your water intake (which will help with weight loss and other water benefits), and may help ease some pains and inflammation. I’ve been taking these for a few days now and saw immediate results on the first day, my liver started hurting less and now it doesn’t hurt at all. I also noticed my face looked healthier and got that famous “glow” I only drink 1 cup a day because if I’m going to be completely honest, I’m not a big fan of the taste, but since it’s actually helping me, I don’t mind.
Iaso Tea claims to detox your body to help with losing weight more efficiently and clearing your body of harmful toxins. Their claims of purifying the blood and regulating bowel function also go into this category as well. The claim also seems a bit bold to us since the human body has it’s very own way of breaking down and removing these toxins such as our liver, kidneys, and skin. There isn’t much research done to prove that our body needs extra help with these functions, which makes it a bit useless.
Lemongrass - Lemongrass is a plant that has oils which have been used for medicine. Asian food also sometimes use it as a boost of flavor. There has been a lot of buzz around lemongrass for all sorts of health benefits but so far there hasnt been any conclusive resulst found. So I would just say it could be a nice addition to your body and helps with the flavor.
There is also some research done on chamomile that suggests it may help lower blood sugar levels and aid in digestion health. Other studies have also shown that antioxidants when consuming chamomile play a significant role in the prevention of stress-related chronic diseases. The findings from the study also did indicate that chamomile boosts your immune system because of the free-radicals in the antioxidants.
When shopping for a weight loss/detox tea, it’s important to know the difference between a product that is a great value and one that is a higher price than it should be. Currently in the market, a great price for a detox tea is a little over $1.00 per serving. When teas start to go up to around $2.00 per serving or higher, they are considered pricy. And with anything far less than $1.00 per serving, we may start to question the quality of the teas.
While the benefits are plentiful, there are some important side-effects that you should keep in mind when drinking these teas. For example, when drinking the Original EveryDay Detox Tea, you should consult your doctor before if you have a history of gallstones or other digestive issues. The EveryDay Detox Tea Lemon can cause allergic reactions in those who are allergic to stinging nettle, dandelion, or burdock root.
