The nettle tea made from stinging nettle leaves helps the body, especially the kidney and liver in eliminating the toxins. Stinging nettle leaves are a diuretic and have been used for a long time to treat muscle and joint pains such as in the case of arthritis. So if you are a patient of any of these problems, you should not mind trying nettle tea after consulting your doctor.
There is also some research done on chamomile that suggests it may help lower blood sugar levels and aid in digestion health. Other studies have also shown that antioxidants when consuming chamomile play a significant role in the prevention of stress-related chronic diseases. The findings from the study also did indicate that chamomile boosts your immune system because of the free-radicals in the antioxidants.

Another way you can consume the tea is to drink it regularly 20-30 minutes before two of your meals per day to begin the stretching of your stomachs receptors. This sends a signal to your brain that food is present in your stomach, and the soluble fiber then enters your digestive tract 20 minutes after consuming. This can then allow your body to release hormone signals to the hypothalamus, which will help your body create the “full factor” response to your brain when eating your meal. This results in you feeling fuller while eating less during your meal and prevents overeating or snacking afterward.

These bags are tasty, reasonably priced, and made with quality and healthy ingredients that you and your digestive tract can be thankful for. As long as you heed the warnings for each blend, consult your doctor with any issues that you think may arise with this product, are mindful of what you put into your body, and exercise properly, your body (inside and out) will never be better than with Traditional Medicinals EveryDay Detox.
In fact, there is no hard evidence backing the claims made by tea companies that their detox teas actually purify human cells. However, high-quality teas can help support the body's natural daily process of detoxification-just as much as other foods and drinks can hurt this system, says Laura Lagano, R.D., a New Jersey-based holistic nutritionist. Samantha, yes absolutely! We don’t ever recommend “starve yourself” detoxes. There is a much healthier way to achieve great results than depriving your body of nutrients for a few days. I would recommend sticking to lighter foods though. You can detox from specific things such as sugar and carbs or you can try a smoothie/juice detox. Just try to fill up on salads and veggies rather than heavier stuff like meats during a detox. I hope that helps!
