Since Iaso Tea contains chamomile, an herb that is shown to provide sleep-aiding benefits, and it has no caffeine, we can start to believe their claim of better sleep to be true. Chamomile has been praised for its relaxing and sleep-promoting effects on its own, and in the tea, as it also works synergistically with the other ingredients to work better. The “detoxifying” effects of the tea are also supposed to promote relaxation as well.
Lemongrass - Lemongrass is a plant that has oils which have been used for medicine. Asian food also sometimes use it as a boost of flavor. There has been a lot of buzz around lemongrass for all sorts of health benefits but so far there hasnt been any conclusive resulst found. So I would just say it could be a nice addition to your body and helps with the flavor.
"Specific detox teas offer added benefits in the additional ingredients," says Villacorta. Herbs like lemongrass, ginger, dandelion, and milk thistle all contain properties said to support a healthy liver, one of those organs in charge of your natural detoxifying process. Ginger has also been proven to alleviate oxidative stress within the liver, which indirectly helps the organ perform its cleaning task more efficiently, he says.
In fact, there is no hard evidence backing the claims made by tea companies that their detox teas actually purify human cells. However, high-quality teas can help support the body's natural daily process of detoxification-just as much as other foods and drinks can hurt this system, says Laura Lagano, R.D., a New Jersey-based holistic nutritionist. Detox teas can aid weight loss by improving the metabolic rate and decreasing water weight (by increasing the urinary output). Regular consumption of detox teas might offer positive results in terms of weight loss. However, it does not result in fat loss. You will need to make lifestyle changes, follow good food habits, and exercise, along with drinking detox teas, to lose fat.
Skinny Bunny Tea is a collection of different teas, including their organic Matcha Tea, offering a simple solution to losing weight. These products claim to speed up weight loss and help to reduce hunger and cravings. While the Skinny Bunny Tea collection appears incredibly clean – gluten-free, dairy-free, and non-GMO – and likely beneficial to overall health, the company does not do an adequate job explaining why their tea-based weight loss program is different or superior to any of the dozens of other weight loss solutions available to consumers.

The Carica papaya extract plant originated within southern Mexico and Central America and is believed to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. The plant also has been known to provide wound healing properties as well.
The makers of Iaso Tea, total life changes tea, have claimed that their tea gives individuals a boost in physical energy and mental clarity as a result of the other benefits of the tea such as detoxification. This is because toxins are known to slow the body and impact the way your brain works. The tea can help restore mental clarity and deliver a decent amount of energy after you start to drink it over time.
But there is a need for additional research to prove that they are able to eliminate toxins from your body. Because of this, we like to concentrate on the “getting healthy and feeling healthy” aspects of detox tea, and don’t count on them only to remove toxins. If they do, great, but what we want here are herbs that help boost metabolism, give you energy and clear up your skin. Any detox cleanse effects are just a bonus.
