Lemongrass - Lemongrass is a plant that has oils which have been used for medicine. Asian food also sometimes use it as a boost of flavor. I started drinking Yogi tea. Weird comments bc my period started out of no where. So weird. But I drink the tea and the next morning experienced the worst feeling of diarrhea, headaches, and naseau.
