Let me just start by saying this was the best choice I have made when trying to buy a product that lives up to the hype. The taste is super tasty no sugar needed. This really detoxed my system entirely, mind you normally I drink a lot of water during the day which is required in order to get better results. Samantha, yes absolutely! We don’t ever recommend “starve yourself” detoxes. There is a much healthier way to achieve great results than depriving your body of nutrients for a few days. I would recommend sticking to lighter foods though. You can detox from specific things such as sugar and carbs or you can try a smoothie/juice detox. Just try to fill up on salads and veggies rather than heavier stuff like meats during a detox. I hope that helps!

There's an insert inside the package that says if you share your opinion your next bag is free... so of course there are tons of glowing reviews to get more free product.
