I bought this tea because of the great reviews & I was like looking for something to help with a bloating feeling I’d been having for weeks! I followed the directions & made sure to drink a glass of water before the tea every morning. I feel great! The bloating feeling is gone and I have actually been able to cut my coffee with a lot of cream out of my morning routine! I’ll be buying more for sure!

Detox teas are essentially herbal teas used to detoxify the body. With there being many weight loss teas on the market all claiming similar results, it is hard to stay on top and reputable. I added this tea to my daily diet after taking a week off from mt diet/weight loss goals after I hit a plateau. I’m a big tea drinker so I drink it several times a day just because I like it so much and it’s better than drinking plain water. I dropped all the water weight I’d gained in my week off within two days and have been steadily losing .2-..3 pounds a day since. This is combining it with a healthy, low cal, low carb, high protein diet plus exercising 3x a week. So can I say for sure that it’s the tea that made the difference? No. But I do know I’m back on track and losing again after plateauing for a while and this the only I’m doing differently than before.
