Same experience with Skinny Bunny Tea customer service. I paid for my order on Feb.17 and finally it is being shipped. I tried to contact someone with company this past Monday with no respond via email or cell. I called the company and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message and still no answer. Finally today after my order shipped, some guy named William emailed me and basically said they are having delays due to high demand. Just know, expect the wait!! I most likely will get my package next week. (2 weeks from order date). So I went on instagram and wrote what I just did, and they deleted my comment too. I called them out and they put it back up. But I have been trolling their account and telling people to expect their orders two weeks out. I will never purchase from them again.

Tastes nice with honey. I like to rub the leftover herbs in the bags over my face for an easy "spa treatment" once they've cooled a little before tossing out or using in my gardening compost. Worth trying.
Let me just start by saying this was the best choice I have made when trying to buy a product that lives up to the hype. The taste is super tasty no sugar needed. This really detoxed my system entirely, mind you normally I drink a lot of water during the day which is required in order to get better results. I also eat clean, which helps with trying to lose the pounds after I have given birth. I was stuck at a weight of 152 and even after I work out 4-5 times a week, I was getting no where. After drinking this tea for about a week I noticed this changed my hormone levels and removed the toxins in my system, thus helped getting me out of the plateau I was in and lost 3.5 pounds. I was stoked!! I knew it was because of this tea! I have my cup of tea in the morning after my workouts and drink water. Then I reuse the same tea bag and drink it before I go to bed. This product is absolutely horrible and made me feel worse than ever. I normally don't leave negative reviews but I feel like I'd be doing a disservice to people by not leaving this one. There's an insert inside the package that says if you share your opinion your next bag is free... so of course there are tons of glowing reviews to get more free product. But honestly I feel so bad on this I wouldn't request a second bag.
