I don't know about you, but I've struggled to find a tasty and healthy beverage that I can drink and not get bored of. I usually drink plenty of water but after a while it gets boring and bland. I don't own a scale for my own mental safety but I can see that my stomach is flatter after 2 weeks if drinking this tea.
